Delhi High Court ने Senior Personal Assistant and Personal Assistant Examination 2026 के लिए भर्ती नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया है। इस भर्ती के तहत Senior Personal Assistant के 117 पद और Personal Assistant के 33 पद, यानी कुल 150 पद हैं।

इस भर्ती के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन 15 सितंबर 2026 सुबह 11 बजे से शुरू होंगे और उम्मीदवार 5 अक्टूबर 2026 रात 11 बजे तक आवेदन कर सकेंगे।

दोनों पदों के लिए उम्मीदवार का Graduate होना जरूरी है। इसके साथ निर्धारित English Shorthand और Computer English Typing Speed भी आवश्यक है।

Delhi High Court SPA PA Qualification

अभ्यर्थी को निर्धारित शैक्षणिक और skill qualification 5 October 2026 तक पूरी करनी होगी।

Senior Personal Assistant Qualification

• किसी मान्यता प्राप्त University से Graduation।
• English Shorthand में minimum 110 WPM।
• Computer English Typewriting में minimum 40 WPM।
• Computer की अच्छी working knowledge।

Personal Assistant Qualification

• किसी मान्यता प्राप्त University से Graduation।
• English Shorthand में minimum 100 WPM।
• Computer English Typewriting में minimum 40 WPM।
• Computer की अच्छी working knowledge।

Qualification का final result application की last date यानी 5 October 2026 तक घोषित होना जरूरी है।

Delhi High Court Recruitment 2026 Age Limit

Age की calculation 1 January 2026 के आधार पर होगी।

उम्मीदवार का जन्म 2 January 1994 से पहले और 1 January 2008 के बाद नहीं होना चाहिए।

Application fee के साथ applicable transaction charges भी देने होंगे। Fee payment UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card या Debit Card से किया जा सकता है।

Senior Personal Assistant

1. English Typing Test
2. English Shorthand Test
3. Main Descriptive Examination
4. Interview

Stage-I: English Typing Test

• Duration: 10 Minutes
• Required Speed: 40 WPM
• Mode: Computer
• Maximum mistakes: Typed words का 3%
• यह केवल Qualifying Test होगा।

Stage-II: English Shorthand Test

Full mistake पर 4 marks और half mistake पर 2 marks की कटौती होगी। उम्मीदवार को दो Shorthand Dictation Transcription Tests का अवसर मिलेगा।

Stage-III: Main Descriptive Examination

Exam Duration: 120 Minutes. General Category के लिए minimum 50 marks और reserved/PwBD candidates के लिए minimum 45 marks जरूरी हैं।

Stage-IV: Interview

Interview के maximum 15 marks होंगे। Interview के लिए अलग minimum qualifying marks निर्धारित नहीं हैं।

Personal Assistant Shorthand Test

Personal Assistant की Main Descriptive Examination 100 marks की होगी और इसकी duration 120 minutes होगी।

Final merit list में निम्न stages के marks जोड़े जाएंगे:

• English Shorthand Test
• Main Descriptive Examination
• Interview

English Typing Test केवल qualifying रहेगा और इसके marks final merit में नहीं जोड़े जाएंगे।

Delhi High Court SPA PA Salary 2026

दोनों posts Group-B के अंतर्गत हैं। Notification में monthly salary की अलग fixed राशि नहीं दी गई है।

Application Photo, Thumb Impression & Signature

Passport Size Photograph

• JPEG Format
• File Size: 100 KB से 200 KB
• लगभग 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm
• Photo recruitment notice की date से 3 महीने से ज्यादा पुरानी नहीं होनी चाहिए।
• Cap, Mask और Glasses नहीं होने चाहिए।
• Face का कम से कम 75% हिस्सा clear दिखाई देना चाहिए।
• Webcam/Mobile से Live Photograph भी लिया जाएगा।

Thumb Impression

• Left-hand thumb impression
• JPEG Format
• File Size: 50 KB से 200 KB
• Left thumb उपलब्ध नहीं होने पर right thumb इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।

Signature

• JPEG Format
• File Size: 50 KB से 150 KB
• Signature clear होना चाहिए।
• बड़े English capital letters में पूरा नाम signature के रूप में स्वीकार नहीं होगा।

Correction window 12 October 2026 सुबह 11 बजे से 14 October 2026 रात 11 बजे तक रहेगी।

Name, Category, Date of Birth और Mobile Number में correction की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
